Shipping

Since most items are made-to-measure, turnaround time can be up to four weeks. If you need something sooner, please email me at grumpydogclub@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Clothing & Accessories Care

All shirts and hoodies can be washed in cold water on the gentle cycle unless otherwise noted on the hang tag. Tumble dry on very low heat
Bow ties, bandanas, and cravats should be spot cleaned only

Acrylic Pet Tag Care

Tags are made from acrylic and are not for rough play. They may scratch over time, especially if your pet is very active
Please do not leave your pet alone with the tag on or anywhere they can chew on or eat the tag
The tags are for decorative purposes only and should be checked regularly for wear
Only use warm water with a soft cloth to clean the tags. Do not use chemicals or bleach and do not scrub the tags.
Never allow your pet to chew, swallow or otherwise ingest an acrylic tag. Ingesting the tags or any part of the tags can be dangerous to your pets and they should never be allowed to chew on them or left without supervision

How to Measure

Neck: measure all the way around the neck, leaving a little room for a comfortable fit
Chest: measure all the way around the widest part of the chest, making sure it's snug, but not pulled tightly
Length: measure from the base of the neck (around where a collar may sit) to the point where the tail meets the back

Return and refund policy

We want you and your pup to love everything you get from the Club! If something isn’t right with your order, please email us at grumpydogclub@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help.
Custom and made-to-order items
- Because custom items are made especially for your dog, we’re unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on made-to-measure items, custom embroidered items, or custom dog tags. This includes personalized items, even if they’re otherwise ready to ship.
- Please double-check your measurements using our sizing guides and include any relevant notes when placing your order. Not sure about something? Reach out before ordering, and we’ll help you figure it out!
Ready-to-ship and non-custom items
- Eligible ready-to-ship, non-custom items may be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them in. Unfortunately, we can’t accept return requests after the 7-day window has passed.
How to start a return
- Please email grumpydogclub@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and receive approval before sending anything back. We’ll provide instructions for your return. Please don’t mail items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective. If something arrives less than perfect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right.
